If you wish to send an enquiry regarding representation, please read this carefully.

I may already represent the other side. Before you give me any information which I could use against you, give me your name and the names of the other people involved. I will do a conflict check and get back to you. If I already represent someone else who is involved, I will let you know only that I have a conflict and cannot represent you.
I do not do litigation. If you want to sue someone, I will not represent you. I represent business people and their businesses in contract negotiations, formation of business entities, real estate matters, and other business- related activities. If your question involves going to court or to the police, I am sorry to say I will not be your lawyer.

NOTE: Please remember that email is not secure. Carefully consider what you choose to include in your email. Your name and email address are required so that I can reply to your message. This form does not capture your email address automatically.

If you do not get a prompt response

Generally, there are three reasons why people do not get a prompt response from me:

  1. They have not included their email address; or
  2. They have entered their email address incorrectly; or
  3. I am away from the office for an extended time.

If you need emergency help quickly, you cannot rely on getting it through email.

NOTE: email is not secure. Do not send confidential information through email. Although the possibility of interception is remote, the email is stored on computers. Courts have ordered the production of computers and hard drives, and email which was deleted has been recovered. If you send queries or information, do not disclose confidential information.
